Our Story
Every dream has a beginning, and ours began with a brownie.
Amani’s Brownies & Bakery began in 2012 in the UAE as a small hobby and a way for Amani to help support her family. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a passion for baking and a dream she hoped to one day pursue.
In 2015, Amani and her family relocated to the United States, and the bakery was put on hold. Life moved forward, but her love for baking—and the dream she had started—never left her.
After becoming a mother in 2020, Amani was encouraged by a close friend to take a leap of faith and bring her brownies back. She went on to pursue a degree in Pastry Arts and became a certified pastry chef in 2023, turning her passion into something even more meaningful.
Today, Amani runs the bakery alongside her husband, Muhammad. Together, they’re building on a dream that began years ago, creating delicious brownies made with the same love and care that started it all.
Our journey started with a dream. Now, we’re dreaming bigger.
We’re excited to see where this journey takes us, and our biggest dream is to one day share Amani’s brownies with the world.
